Natural Walking was released in 2014, this is a new method of walking to correct spinal alignment and retrain the muscles to be used correctly so that each step we take is helping our health and not causing wear and tear on our joints and bones.
This also increases energy flow in the body and helps remove negative emotions all at once, re-energising and rejuvenating all body systems. Daily practice of this specific and slow stepping has multiple health benefits as it stimulates the natural healing abilities of the body.
